4.  Wearing of heavy jewelry will not be permitted in class.

5.  No fooling around or chewing gum in class.

6.  ABSENCE AND MAKE-UP PROCEDURE:  If a student is going to miss class, they are required to advise us, so that a make-up class can be assigned.  Classes must be made up within the session missed or they will be forfeited.  Make-ups can not be accumulated throughout the year.  A make-up schedule is a courtesy, and NO REFUNDS OR DEDUCTIONS will be made for classes missed for any reason, including violation of school rules.

7.  A doctor’s written permission to study dance will be required from any student whose health warrants caution in physical activity.  This school is not liable for students whose health may be affected by dance training.  We are also not liable for injury during class or on the premises.

8.  Dance classes are divided into sessions.  We request notification before the end of each session if a student does not intend to return for the next session. When a Student withdraws for one or more sessions, a re-enrollment fee will be required when they return to class.

9.  Tuition is payable, in advance, at the first lesson of each session. Tuition will be adjusted ONLY for students who are forced to withdraw due to prolonged illness  or relocation. When notification of extended out-of-town vacation plans are given at the beginning of a session, tuition can also be adjusted.
